The adsistor gasoline sensor outputs a signal proportional to the concentration of gasoline vapor to which it is exposed. A user-selectable alarm threshold can be set to indicate when a predetermined concentration level has been exceeded. The adsistor gasoline sensor also stores the total amount of time that the gasoline concentration has exceeded the user-selectable threshold.
The sensor element is also rated intrinsically safe for use in hazardous locations.
The proprietary mirco-power wireless adsistor gasoline sensor can operate for years on battery or scavenged power.
